Obituary of Gordon Campbell

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gordon Campbell on August 20, 2025, at the age of 74.

Gordon was born in Ochre River on September 29, 1950. He worked as a truck driver for over 30 years, spending many of those years with Quintaine & Son Ltd. and Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd., among others.

A true sports enthusiast, Gordon was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the Las Vegas Raiders, but he enjoyed watching just about any game. Earlier in life, he took great pride in coaching his son’s baseball team and cheering on his daughter. More than anything, Gordon loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Gordon is reunited with his late wife, Debbie, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Michelle (Shaun), and his cherished grandchildren, Piper, Prynely, Bexli, Navy, and Jamie. He was predeceased by his son, Scott, and grandson, Daniel.

A graveside service was held on August 28, 2025, at Brandon Cemetery, where friends and family gathered to honor his memory.
