Obituary of Arthur Feser
Arthur Feser passed away peacefully with family by his side in Brandon, MB on September 27, 2025 at the age of 85 years old.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arthur Feser, a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandpa, and great grandpa.
Arthur was born in Troprolo, Romania on July 14, 1940. Arthur was the oldest of three children who immigrated to Canada in 1950. Arthur met the love of his life, Doris, in 1959 and were married for 64 years. They together raised two sons Ron and Jim.
Arthur was a dedicated teacher, principal and counsellor for 35 years. Arthur was the Principal at Kellwood Elementary School and later moved to Brandon where he was the Vice Principal at Harrison High School. Arthur ended his career as a Guidance Counsellor at Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School.
Arthurs passions included fishing, hiking, photography, sports, history, travelling (which included several school trips to Europe with his wife and other teachers) and spending time with his family. Arthur was a gifted photographer and particularly enjoyed taking pictures of birds, flowers, wildlife and family.
Arthur will be remembered by his great sense of humour and loving demeanour. He will be forever loved and deeply missed.
Arthur leaves to mourn his loving wife Doris, sons Ron and Jim, Sister Luise Gaston (Niece Alexis), Brother Sig (Joy) Feser (Nephew Jeremy and Niece Nadine), Grandchildren Riley (Bailey) Feser, Kalli (Tyler) Campbell, and great grandson Parker Campbell, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, all whom he cared for deeply.
Arthur was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Elizabeth Feser, and Brother-in-law Mike Gaston.
A special thanks to the many doctors who cared for Arthur as well as Palliative Care Unit at the Brandon Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion.
As per Arthurs wishes a celebration of life with immediate family and close friends will take place at a later date.
