Kathryn Lynn “Kathy” Smitzniuk

Kathryn Lynn “Kathy” Smitzniuk passed away unexpectedly with family by her side at St. Boniface Hospital on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Laurie; children, Kara, Kris (Crystal), Amy (Mark) and Brittany (Cody) and grandchildren, Téa, Trai (Tiona), Greyson and David. A Celebration of Kathy’s Life will be held at the Victoria Inn, 3550 Victoria Ave., Brandon, MB on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Donations in memory of Kathy may be made to COR Enterprises Inc., 364 Park Ave. E., Brandon, MB, R7A 7A8 or to Special Olympics Manitoba, 145 Pacific Ave - #304, Winnipeg, MB, R3B 0L5.
