Thomas Cameron “TC” Foster passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, March 23, 2026 at the age of 81 years. TC was predeceased by his loving wife of 55 years, Judith. Cherishing his memory are his children Jim (Nancy), Christine (Donnie) and Robert (Kelly), as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are pending.
