Margaret Rose Ann Demyen

December 23, 1942 – May 13, 2026

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Margaret Rose Ann Demyen, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Margaret passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the age of 83.

Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband George Demyen, parents Robert and Dorothy Scott, brothers Robert and Donald Scott as well as her grandson Christopher.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children Carol (Harry), Susan (Bob), Dianne (Marc) and Joanne (Andrew); grandchildren Britanni (Eric), Mathew, Bobby (Jill), Tanea (Tom), Christopher, Jayla and Rachel; great grandchildren Jayden, Jemma, Davie, Tadhg and Myra; sister Lillian Campbell (Bryan); brother George Scott (Gerri); sister-in-law Peggy Zavislak as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Margaret was born in Souris, MB. She loved playing bingo, listening to country music, being outdoors, crocheting and baking.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family.

A private family graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
