The Rt. Rev. Malcolm Alfred Warden Harding
It is with great sadness that the family of Bishop Malcolm Harding announce his peaceful passing surrounded by family on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at Dinsdale Personal Care Home in Brandon, Manitoba.
+Malcolm was a retired Bishop of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), Anglican Diocese of Canada.
+Malcolm was born on June 28, 1936 in Sheffield, England. He immigrated to Canada in 1947 with his parents Harry and Grace Harding and older sister Jean.
During his lifetime he was an Anglican Priest and Bishop and also worked as a Social Worker.
He is survived by his wife Marylou, his children Ann (Franco) and Jane (Wil). He is predeceased by his son Vincent. He is also survived by grandchildren Ellen (Josh), Emily (Alex), Ben (Ellie), and Sarah. +Malcolm recently became a great grandfather to Elsie and another great grand child on the way.
A Celebration of Life for +Malcolm will be held at 11:00 AM, on Monday, June 29, 2026, at The Dome Building, Keystone Centre, Brandon, MB. Bishops Dan Gifford and Charlie Masters will be presiding. A lunch/reception will follow at the same location.
