Lance, Michelle and family, I didn't know Jake for very long, just the last few months but I liked him very much and admired his courage and grace with his situation. I'll miss the twinkle in his eye and his honesty. Lance, he always spoke about how proud of you and your family he was. When I spoke to him last Tuesday, he told me that you had done everything that he had asked and had done it well and he was at peace. Sincerely, Cindy Chalmers - Day Treatment.
