Barb, Amy and Ben. We were so sorry to heard about Jack. He was such a wonderful person, and were happy that we knew him for as long as we did. He was like a second dad to our daughter, Amy and Tara have been best friends for many years. Jack would always include Tara in many holiday dinners and would take her on outings with the family. We will always remember his good nature, his smile and the caring person he was. Sending all our love and condolences. From the Macialek family.
