I want to express my condolences to the Dick's family. Dick was a good man. He was always concerned for the safety of people - especially people who were less fortunate. Dick and I worked together at the Office of The Fire Comissioner. We lost touch when I moved to Alberta in the mid 80's but I appreciated Dick's friendship and his concern for others. bed like a good bedtime story.
It became a part of going to sleep, knowing we were blessed gave us a sense of
security that we were loved.
