She also took pleasure in dancing (especially the waltz), gardening, photography, canning and preserving foods and volunteering at her church. Doreen cherished her family and friends, but her greatest pride and joy was her daughter, Carol. She meant everything to her. Donations in memory of Doreen may be made to a charity of choice. GOD'S FLOWER GARDEN God saw you getting tired When a cure was not to be, So He closed His arms Around you and whispered "Come with Me." Your smile is gone forever, Your hands we cannot touch, All we have are memories, Of one we loved so much. He took you to His garden, And laid you there to rest. God's garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. And when we saw you sleeping So peaceful and free from pain, We would not wish for you To suffer that again.
