Jean and Family Sharon and I were saddened to hear of Tom's passing. A gentle man who spent his working life protecting and caring for his community. Always friendly and pleasant Tom was just a great guy to work for and with. In retirement he always had time to talk about his family and golf. Jean Family: We were so saddened to hear of the passing of Tom. He was always a true gentleman and a great neighbour for our family growing up on 3rd. Street. I always enjoyed his visits when we met up either walking or out at Glen Lea golf course. Our deepest sympathy to you and all your family in this time of grief. Dear Jean and Family Butch & I are so saddened to read of the passing of your Dad.My Grandpa was a fireman with your Dad back in the day and my parents were also friends of your Dad.Butch and I always enjoyed meeting up with Tommy and we would have some great visits .When he moved to Victoria Landing we saw a lot more of your Dad as my Dad was there too.Tom was always a joy to talk with.He was always so positive and uplifting.His enjoyment of a daily golf game was always a marvel to us as were his daily walks.Utmost he was so proud of his "kids".We were always kept up to date on his trips to Calgary to be with his kids.Tommy was one great guy and he will be sorely missed.Our hearts and thoughts are with you during this sad time. Bill & I are both saddened to learn of our dear old neighbor's passing. Although we have not seen Tom for many, many years, we did received a Christmas card from him every year for the past 40 years. He always kept us up to what was happening in your family Jean, and his grandchildren where are great joy to him. Your Father was a super person who we had the privledge of calling a friend and a fellow officer in the Fire Service, Our lives are so much better by having touched shoulders with this Fire Fighter The tears and sorrow of today will soon turn into fond memories of this beautiful man..
