Tom phoned the shop on an January evening in 2008 and an unexpected friendship followed ever since then. We will miss the stories, advice, and honesty that Tom always brought with him. Our condolences to Mavis and family.

Mr.Dalrymple was my favorite customer at the co-op on 18th street here. He would come in to the store and call me bossy pants and fire me all the time! So I use to call him grumpy old man back. I absolutely loved talking to him, bugging him to behave and telling his wife how sorry I was that she was married to a pain like him!! I truly am going to miss joking around with him and my heart goes out to his family he will be missed by all of us here at co-op.

Tom was a great friend,,you never knew when he was popping in,,just for coffee or a meal,,we always looked forward to chatting with him,he will be missed .our condolences to Mavis and family.

Tom was my mentor and good friend. His level of honesty and integrity were beyond reproach. Tom always had advice for a friend, and one could always count on him to do what is right. As he would say, "you never have to look over your shoulder with me" and you just knew he had your back in all matters. Thomas will be dearly missed.
