Obituary of Warren Douglas "Doug" Gold

Warren Douglas 'Doug' Gold On Sunday, August 30, 2015, Doug, late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully in the presence of his family at the age of 75 years, and has gone home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Gladys Gold, father and mother in law Henry and Elizabeth Kennedy, and brother in law Norman Shilliday; Doug is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Margaret; son Brian (Shelley) and children Joshua, Nathan, Erin and Michael, daughter Heather and son Andre, son Ken (Colleen) and children Jordan (Macy), Dallas and Krystal, "adopted" children Sandy and Tony; sister Phyllis (Bernie) Loewen; brother Reg (Norma), sister-in-law Anne Shilliday and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Doug was a long time realtor in Regina who always loved helping families find just the right home. He enjoyed travelling, camping and spending time with his family and friends. Doug served on several church and non-profit boards and committees throughout the years and was committed to serving others. His commitment to his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ shadowed every part of his life. Doug will be missed by all who knew him, especially by his wife and family. The Celebration of Doug's life will be held at Avonhurst Pentecostal Assembly, 3200 Avonhurst Drive, Regina, SK on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
