Sincere condolences to the family. Mr. Collier was my neighbour when I lived on 23rd street in the late 90s. He was so very kind and cheerful. My fondest memories are coming home from work to his greeting and discussing the news of the day. Their dog Nelly was quite a character and I adored her too. I used to help him pick the apples off the tree. He had a funny telescoping apple picker and we always had such a good laugh trying to use it. I remember resorting to a baseball mitt to catch falling apples as he batted them with the apple picker. Mr Collier was such a gem. He will me missed.
Sincerely, Cathie Crossin

Arthur & Marj were a big influence in the life of my children and myself, specially when we returned from Scotland in 1972 and moved to 22nd Street just around the corner. Arthur drove us to church every Sunday and took me grocery shopping before I learned to drive. Both he and Marj took me for driving lessons and Arthur helped me buy my first car. He often rescued me when I got stuck in the middle of the traffic or at a red light! I will miss his great laugh. Sincere condolences to the family.
