Some years ago the City plows had blocked our driveway and my grandson and I were out in the dark trying to shovel the heavy ice and snow out of the way, and Bob phoned Ross Martin about it and said that a senior citizen was out trying to clear his driveway and they shouldn't have left it like that. The plow came shortly and finished the job for us. We were grateful for that.
