Obituary of Sheree Lynne Gray

GRAY: It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sheree Lynne Gray on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Sheree was born in Brandon on October 7th, 1957. Sheree was predeceased by her parents, Adeline (Mackay) and Lorne Gray, and her four brothers: Rae, Mervin, Wayne, Lucky and two sisters: Darlene and Joan. Left to cherish her memory is the love of her life, Howard Beilby; son, Dallas (Darlene) Gray, stepdaughter, Shannon Beilby, nieces: Tracy, Cindy, Sharlene, Tara, Tania, Debbie and nephews: Chris and Craig. Sheree also leaves behind many grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews. Sheree grew up in the East end of Brandon, where she attended all of her K-12 schooling in Brandon. Sheree received her Stenography Certificate from ACC in 1979. In 1987, Sheree completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology and a double minor in Sociology and Religion. After completing her education, she worked a short time for the City of Brandon Social Department but due to a work shortage she wasn't able to continue in this career path in Brandon and she did not want to relocate. Then in 1991, Sheree continued her education, earning a Health Care Aide certificate from ACC. Sheree enjoyed being a nurse's aide, working at Fairview Home and Dinsdale Personal Care Home until she had a work place injury in 1995. After her injury, Sheree was unable to return to work. Sheree enjoyed gardening, cooking, spending time with her family, friends and her yorkies. Sheree was loved deeply and will be missed greatly. As per Sheree's request, there will be no funeral service.
