The family of the late Fred Mann wish to announce his passing on August 7, 2016 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. A private interment of cremains will take place in Togo District Cemetery. In lieu of cards and flowers, if friends so wish, donations in memory of Fred may be made to Togo District Cemetery, Box 107, Togo, SK, S0A 4E0.
