Dear Bob, Bianca and Kiera
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of turmoil.
You guys had a most amazing and courageous daughter and sister. She fought hard, with an incredible and tenacious support base in you guys. Your relationship with Courtney is so special and the kind that the world aspires to. Although you grieve heavily, the depth of your grief is surely an indication of how deep your bond was. You are privileged to have that special relationship that many live their whole lives without. Her legacy will live on through you and in this way she will continue by your side. The level of love and support shown by all her friends and family is another indication of how others were drawn to her.
Courtney you touched my heart as a little blonde baby sitting on my knee and set the stage for my role as father, thank you. My family too, were privileged to have had known you and have been taught some of your important life lessons and values. Courtney you may now rest peacefully but know this that you are loved beyond all measure.
