Obituary of Rony Fernand Ladouceur

LADOUCEUR: Rony Fernand Ladouceur, born September 22, 1956 in Rouyn Noranda, Quebec passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016 in the municipality of Cornwallis in Manitoba. Rony was the son of Albert and Gabrielle Ladouceur. Rony grew up in Quebec and went to French school there and then the family moved to Lynn Lake, Manitoba in 1967. Rony then attended West Lynn Heights School. After quitting school, Ron worked at various jobs. He lived in Hanover, Ontario for a few years and then moved back to Manitoba. In 2000, he moved to Brandon and his life we know today started. He worked for Precision Toyota as a detailer. He loved his job, his boss and his co-workers. Rony loved the outdoors; even if it was -40 he would still be outside enjoying the sun, going to the farm to quad and to the cabin. Here he would go boating, tubing, ATVing, exploring and taking pictures. He loved his electronics, whether it be his computer at home or his camera, taking pictures in the middle of nowhere. He loved sledding with his friends and loved to get away for the weekend. Rony had a big heart, he loved and cared for his family and friends. He worked very hard so he could do the things he loved; like drinking beer, hanging out with his friends and ATVing. He left us doing what he loved most; riding his RZR. Rony will be welcomed to Heaven by his father, Albert Conrad Ladouceur and many other relatives and friends. Rony leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Gabrielle Hilton; his daughter Jennifer; his sister Camille (Marcel); his brothers Gerald (Betty); Marcel (Joanne); Denis and his sister Diane (Kim). Also nieces and nephews: Frankie, Dany, Bryan, Darrel, Martin, Cashala and Caleb; many great nieces & nephews; as well as many friends. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Rony's Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Rony may be made to a Charity of choice.
