Obituary of Dwayne Sheane

SHEANE: Dwayne Charles Sheane, 68 years of age, of Brandon, Manitoba, passed away peacefully April 9th, 2017 in the Assiniboine Centre in Brandon, after a long battle with cancer. He was the son of late Charles (Sonny) Sheane and Alice Sheane. Dwayne is survived by his loving wife Shirley and daughters Kim and Tara. He is also survived by his sisters Anna Maitland, Rita Armitage, Mardel Reid, Karen Dell and Shelley Enns, as well as his granddaughter, Jacey, sons-in law Bill and Ray. Dwayne was a kind, caring, loving hard working man. On his journey, he found love and got married August 23, 1969 and lived in McAuley, MB where he farmed. He later moved to Virden, MB and started his own feedlot cleaning business. After 30 some years, he finally retired and moved to Brandon, MB where he found his passion in singing and playing the guitar for everyone. Dwayne will truly be missed. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service was held at the Brandon Cemetery on Friday, April 21, 2017 followed by a Memorial Tea for family and friends at the Central United Church Auditorium.
