Very sorry to have just heard of Vera's passing. Many years ago, I worked with her up at the Husky gas station. She was such an amazing woman! Any time my family and I would come to Brandon, and go to Walmart, I always loved having short visit with her. I am so glad that she was able to meet my children and watch them grow, even though we only ever had a few moments. Every time we go to Walmart, I've wondered how she was. This evening, I asked an associate if she was still working there, and heard the sad news. I will for ever remember sweet Vera! Rest in peace! <3
