I learned of Al's passing just recently. I am so sorry, he was a great man. I met him as a customer several times at Radio Shack in the 90's and I learned he was at Eatons when I was at Sears and we both knew John Salipak. I was always glad to see Al when he came in as I was also seeking advise on projects. I will miss him always as he was the one to go to for info on electronics. RIP Al you will be missed!

Uncle Albert was quietly clever and had a sense of humour that snuck up on you when you weren't paying attention. He always seemed patient when explaining the intricacies of radios and tv's to me when I was a young boy. He seemed like a classic man; a farm boy who wanted different things but always stayed relatable. He was kind and sweet, and my thoughts are with Aunt Anna and my cousins and their families. He was a beauty.
