On the beach in Mexico today my brother Murray and I hoisted a cold beverage and made a toast to our oldest cousin (primo is cousin in Spanish). My thoughts have been with all my Primo's today who gathered to pay tribute to a well spoken, witty and highly respected community member. The family historian will be missed, His legacy lives on in the family genealogy he shared and the memories he created. Remember a McCallum is not always right but never wrong...... Rest well dear Cousin.

I couldn't have asked for a better mentor, advisor and friend. I learned so much; not just about the job, but how to build relationships. Dick always made people the priority, and it showed. He will be missed greatly.

728 on tenth. So many different personalities came and went. So many different jobs big and small. We had a good group, and Dick treated us all well. I will always remember our after 5:00 Friday meetings, WE had all the answers after 5:00, we had a good group , a lot of laughs. Brent Singleton

I am truly blessed to have had Dick as a mentor, co-worker and friend for many years! May his legacy live on through all the lives he's touched and the difference his work has made for many employers, friends, family and the community. Dickie had a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience, someone I could always count on for advice, guidance, relationship and career counseling. Throughout his illness, he maintained strength, courage, humor, and a genuine concern for others happiness and well-being despite his own challenges. As much as I can't imagine life without him, I know he is in a better place and someday our paths will cross again. My thoughts and prayers are with all Dick's family. May your precious memories surround and comfort you throughout the days ahead.

I am truly sorry for you lose of Husband Father and Grand father .It was a great deal of learning of a life experience for me as I had worked along side of Dick .When I started out with him and still going to school it was because of him. I got to know his family and felt that this was the person that I would like to be. Remembering there was always something to do, if times where slow he would have me working around your home in some capacity which led me to see his family and the love that was instilled . There was a lot laughter around watching Shelly ,Mark and Kathy grow up and to be young adults .There was so many thing that every one will miss about him and what he inspired so many, from being a boss, a friend and some one you will think of the rest of our lives .There are days that come and go, sometimes wish we could change but that's what we have to deal with and don't make the same mistakes again as friend and former employer told me (DICK) . I will always remember him as seen him smiling or making some smart ass remark to make you laugh .
With great sower and regrets and knowing that he is in no more pain .
Sincerely Blair Nordquist.
