Julia aka, 'Brookings Mom' was fondly remembered by all that had the privilidge of meeting her, out of the tight circle of friends that we shared at the time. I personally didn't get to talk with her as much as others, but when she did converse with me as a teen, I listened but good. She spoke with purpose, conviction and a whole lot of wit and humour to boot. She was not one to be trifled with, yet never unapproachable. My deepest regards to The Brooking clan and her family as well. Rest wonderfully Julia, you are already missed.
