To the family of Fred Gaukel
Fred lawn bowled at Stanley Park Lawn Bowling Club in Brandon, Manitoba where we and others at the club got to know him. Our club was and still is much more than lawn bowling. It is a place to drink coffee, visit and forge friendships. Fred was the ultimate gentleman. Everyone liked him. We extend our sympathies to you..
Sincerely
Brian Johnston & Aline de Montigny

Denise, Jamie, Brad, Val, and families,
Our love goes out to all of you at this difficult time. Your family has been through a great deal. Fred was so very fortunate to have had all of you close by to support him and fulfil his life with joy. You have those treasured times to hold onto in the days ahead..
your Dad/ Granfather always had a smile for everyone. He enjoyed being with family and friends , playing cards, golfing, celebrating special occasions, and reminiscing about good times. He was very proud of his family and you will miss him a lot. Take care of each other. We are thinking of all of you.
With Deepest Regards,
Wendy and Ken Jakeman
