Obituary of Donald Gerard Lombaert

LOMBAERT: Donald Gerard Lombaert, (January 08, 1951 – February 22, 2020). With heavy hearts, the family of Don Lombaert announce his passing at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Don was predeceased by his life partner Caterine Deschutter (Davidson), parents Oscar and Marguerite, brothers George, Jerry, Larry, and sister Mona Campbell. He is survived by sister Anita Rhodes (Lombaert) and numerous nieces and nephews. Don wished to thank the doctors, nurses and all the support staff at Cancer Care for their patience and caring. He further wished to thank special friends for their time and for all they did for him during this very difficult time. In lieu of a formal service, a closed family service will be held at a later date. As Don was a huge pet lover, donations in his memory may be made to the Brandon Humane Society, 2200-17th Street East, Brandon, MB, R7A 7M6.
