Obituary of Howard William Nagorski

NAGORSKI: Howard William. February 8, 1936 – October 12, 2020. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Howard Nagorski on October 12, 2020 after a lengthy stay in the hospital at the age of 84 years. Howard was born on February 8, 1936 to Stanley and Mary Nagorski on their farm in the Municipality of Minto. Howard started work building bridges. He then worked in building construction for over 35 years. After retiring he took up using a wood lathe as a hobby, learning to make bowls and candlestick holders. He made clocks from trees and used wood burning to put pictures of wildlife on them. He also enjoyed making furniture and bird houses, gardening, and puttering around outside in the sun. Howard was always a hard-working man and was willing to help anyone who needed it. Howard is survived by his 3 daughters from a previous marriage: Melody (Gord) Boszko and her two daughters Lyndsay and Leah, Shelli Falconer and her two sons Shawn and Brett, and Sherri Desrosiers and her two children, Nathan (Holly) and Ecko (Scott) Baldwin. Howard is also survived by his wife Gladys and their daughter Angela (Dan) Forsythe and their daughter Alexandra. In addition, Howard is survived by his sister Jean (John) Turchinski, his brother Benny (Betty) Nagorski, and his sister-in-law Lois Nagorski, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Stanley and Mary Nagorski, as well as his brother Melvin Nagorski. At Howard's request there will be no formal funeral service held. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. He will be missed by his whole family.
