Obituary of Gertrude Irene Holder

HOLDER: Gertrude Irene Holder of Brandon, beloved wife of the late J. Walter Holder and dear mother of Douglas (Aldyth) and Eleanor McCallum (Richard) and grandmother of Scott, Carolyn, Shelly, Mark, Katherine and Jennifer. Gertrude was also a loving great grandmother of eight. Gertrude passed away peacefully at her residence, Hillcrest Place on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 with family by her side at the age of 94 years. A funeral service will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 361 Russell Street, on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. David S. Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, if friends wish donations may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 361 Russell Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 5H6.
