My sincerest sympathy to the Rae and Dixon families, Neta was a wonderful woman with a beautiful smile and laugh, the very things I remember of her. I have always cherished the crocheted doily she made for me as a wedding shower gift. The funeral service was very well done and a very beautiful tribute to Neta, and speaks to how much she loved her family and how much all of you loved her. Thinking of you all at this sad time, and may you find peace and comfort in your many happy memories of your time spent together.

The beautiful picture of Neta depicts perfectly the beautiful person that she was. She was always smiling and had the cutest little giggle. She loved to laugh and was always so cheerful. She loved her family so very deeply and spoke highly of all of them.
Neta was such a proud mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt, and, mostly a friend to all.
To all of her family, cherish every moment you had with Neta, her memories will live in all of our hearts forever. Neta will be sadly missed by so many.
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.

The Rae and Burke go away back to our growing up days. I never remember a time they a party of our lives. The memory of Neta that I believe speaks to who she was is one my mom, Shirley Burke, shared with we girls. When mom started grade 1, Neta immediately took mom under her wing and they immediately became best friend forever. Despite the fact that Neta was 4 years older, she didn't let that sway her duties to look after mom. Neta was one of the kindest most caring ladies I knew. We send our deepest condolences to the Rae family. We will miss this lady but we know mom will have been at the gates to open her arms in welcome, just as Neta did some 85 years ago.

Don and Family
I'm very sorry to hear of Neta's passing. I remember her and your father Keith from the good old Carnduff Junior B's hockey days.
They were both very good supporters of the team. Also having a visit with them at the curling functions in Brandon like the Scotties, and having a "refreshment" with them.
