Phyllis, Tiff, Cody, & family. I was so saddened to hear of Len's passing. I worked for Len for many years, and can honestly say they were some of the best years of my life. He was not only a great boss and mentor, but a true friend. His door was always open, and he would help a person out however he could. I know you will miss him dearly. Cherish your memories.
Love and hugs to you all, Debbie

Many memories of good ole Uncle Len. From as far back when I was a little boy living in Amaranth (70’s) going his mercantile store to deer hunting in Amaranth with me, my dad, Uncle Tookie as well as a few of the local Ojibway boys. He had the worst shot ever but was golden in bringing love, laughs and lies each evening after the hunt... Our family was proud to help him, Marg and his beautiful daughters get set up in the Cash business. The Thompson’s are family to us so it was a no brainer... Love you Uncle Len, save some perogies for us when we meet again! Love you, Derek (N family) Isfeld

Hi Cody. I remember your grandfather as a very generous man, letting you, Matt and Paul have band practice at the back of his store so many years ago. I hope your memories of him provide lots of comfort to you at this difficult time, and as time passes. Thinking of you. Heather Gillander

To Phyllis, Tiffanee, Cody and Thompson Family.
I was saddened to hear of Len's passing. He was a good friend and I am thankful for his trust in me over the years. Always with a smile, Len took time to share a story or two...with a little embellishment, of course...and we could guarantee a laugh between us.
Take comfort in all of your cherished memories and know that Len didn't lose his courageous battle with cancer, rather, he won it the only way he could...by escaping its grasp and forever leaving it behind.
He will be missed by many.
