WINGERT: Richard “Rich” Albert Wingert passed away at his residence in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 64 years. Rich will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Fred. A private Memorial Service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel on Friday, April 9, 2021 with Pastor Andrew Lortie officiating.
