Obituary of Adrien Plante

PLANTE: Adrien passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the age of 69. His greatest treasures in life were his wife Joan, daughters, Melissa (Chris) Smigelsky and Christy (Rob) Robinson, grandkids McKenna (Taylor), Matthew, Jensen, Josh and baby great granddaughter Kingsley, siblings Richard, Conrad (Jeannine) and Viviane (Olivier), family by marriage Joyce Jordan, Bob (Linda), Wilfred (Myrna), Marlene, Rick (Christine), many nieces, nephews, loyal friends and golf buddies. He was predeceased by parents Honore and Irene, siblings, Marie, Bernadette, Reginald, sister-in-law Mariette, father-in-law Robert Jordan and brother-in-law Ron. Adrien loved adventuring and travelled extensively to many countries and almost all 50 states. Adrien was naturally athletic, skilled at every sport and loved the community it brought with it. He participated in fastball, broom ball, curling, hockey, softball and golfing leagues. There never was a kinder, caring man who would do anything for anyone, always had a joke and the best laugh. A true family man, there was never any question what was most important in his life. We are blessed and so grateful to have had him. He was everything to us.
