I worked with Randy for several years at Hydro One. Randy had a huge laugh and a huge presence and I considered him a friend. We used to have a lot of joking regarding our motorcycles. As much fun as Randy loved to have he also took his Foreperson job very seriously. I was very saddened to learn of Randy's passing. My deepest condolences to the O'Neil family. Our hearts hurt and our thoughts are with Randy and family at this time. Bruce and I never had the opportunity to meet Randy, but have the good fortune to know two of his three children. Sophia is our second daughter, and a wonderful mother to our grandchild Violet, and Randy Jr has a great spirit. These two are a wonderful addition to our family.
