LAGARDE: Janet May (Watt)
It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Janet May Lagarde (Watt) on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the Assiniboine Centre with family by her side.
Janet was born on May 1, 1951, eldest of three daughters, to Charlie and Iris Watt. She was predeceased by her parents and eldest son, David Adam John Skinner. She is survived by her two sons, Jason (Julie) Skinner and grandchildren Jayden and Abby, and Christopher McLean, daughter-in-law Dana and grandchildren Katie and Emily Skinner. Janet is also survived by her two sisters Bev (Bruce) Born and Gail (Dave) Janz and their three children: Ashley, Amanda (Morgan) Mila and Leo, and Mark (Amy) Greyson and Davie.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens.
