Obituary of Douglas Comeau
Douglas E. Comeau passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the age of 56 years. Douglas was born on July 3, 1967 in Germany to Frederick Comeau and Linda Ettinger.
Douglas was a hardworker. He kept many jobs over the years working on the Halifax Airport Tarmac, McKenzies Food Services and a vacuum truck. He was presently employed with Profile Paving in Brandon, Manitoba.
Douglas spent many hours working on old cars and often attended car shows with his brothers, which he loved. He also had a special place for animals, especially his cat, Chuck.
Douglas will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Linda Ettinger; brothers, Glen Comeau (Mel) and Fred. Douglas will be missed by his nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his father, Fred Comeau Sr., grandmother, Madge Ettinger and grandfather, Harry Ettinger.
