A limb has fallen
from our family tree
and a soft whisper says,
grieve not for me.
Remember
the best times,
the laughter, the song
and the good life I lived,
while I was strong.
Remembering all,
how I was truly blessed,
I am with you
in your memories,
until we’re together again.
