It was with a heavy heart that I learned of the passing of Phyl. What a wonderful woman and what a remarkable life she lived. I guess I first met her when I was a teenager attending St. Paul’s United Church and later through her work at the Brandon General Hospital Foundation. She will be greatly missed by all who knew this marvellous human being. To all family members I offer my sincere condolences
