I met Bill many (many!) years ago when I was a summer student working at the School Board Maintenance Dept in Brandon and Bill was head custodian at Crocus and Massey. He was always friendly and helpful and I appreciated that. He took such pride in his work - the boiler rooms he maintained were absolutely immaculate - right down to the school logos that he painted on the floor.
My condolences to his family.
