We are saddened to hear of Glen’s passing. He was such a character and your day was just better after a visit with him. His kindness and sense of humour will be surely missed.
Personally for me (Elaine) my days at the gym were always more fun when the Glen and the boys were in attendance. I loved that Patty Gordon and I were welcomed into the coffee clutch after a workout. The laughs and camaraderie are still remembered. He and the boys (Merv, Orv, Keith and Vic) surely kept things lively. Heaven will be a better place now!
Our sincere condolences to all the family.

Glen was a tremendous hockey student! Evidence of this is etched in the number of players who were under his toutalage
Many of us growing up in Brandon were lucky to have had him as a coach as he instilled great ethics and hockey skills in all our practices and of course games.
Thank you Glen on behalf of the Brandon Lions Juveniles, and the Brandon wheat Kings !

Condolences to Glen's family. I only remember my uncle Glen from when I was a child visiting Brandon with my Mother Janet and the one time he visited us in Chapleau while he played hockey out of Fort William (Thunder Bay). My Mother spoke of him often.

Glen was one of my most favorite "barn" parents growing up, riding horses with Jana at Sunnybrooke Stables. He was always sweeping, cleaning, grooming or helping Jana with her horses and was a friendly familiar face at the shows in Brandon. Glen always had a joke or a story to tell or advice to share. I reminisce about those days and our barn "crew". Thinking of Jana, Eileen & family.

I have fond memories of Glen from delivering the newspaper to the Lawson household on 6th Street though his hockey career to being an astute businessman. As a kid I idolized him. As an adult I respected him.But most of all I was proud to call him friend. My sincere condolences to the family.
