My husband and I met Cal and Lynne during the pandemic when they moved into our strata here in Gibsons. Cal immediately became a participant in the daily life of the strata, always willing to take on a job to make things better for others. People marvelled at his capacity and patience for work. Everyone here at Georgia Mirage became accustomed to seeing Cal working with a net to keep our natural pond clean and free of algae, scooping daily and counting his scoops into the thousands! Cal’s contributions were greatly missed when he and Lynne moved back to Manitoba. Our condolences to Lynne and Cal’s family. He was quite a man!
