I have fond memories of visiting Uncle Stewart whenever I was in Brandon with mom and dad. I still remember sitting around and listening to the stories they would tell. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. All my love to you Auntie Claire and the rest of your family. Rob

I remember Uncle Stewart with such joy....he was always laughing or seemingly scheming with dad....I can only imagine they are together having a beverage and sharing tales.
Much love to you Auntie Claire and the family.

Aunt Claire and Family
|Thinking of you in this time of sorrow, we will miss Uncle Stewart . But I am sure that
Dad (Joe) will have lots of stories to tell him when they meet. A Poem for all the family.
Feel no guilt in laughter. He knows how much you care. Fell no sorrow in a smile, that
He's not here to share. You cannot grieve forever. He would not want you to. He'd hope\
that you would carry on , the way you always do. So talk about the good times and the
ways you showed you cared. The days you spent together and all the happiness you
shared. Let the memories surround you . A word someone may say, will suddenly
recapture A time , an hour, a day. That brings him back as clearly as though he were
still here. And fills you with the feelings , that he is always near. For if you keep those
memories . You will never be apart , and he will live forever Locked safe within your heart.
Love always Colleen and Ken and Braden Coxon

To Claire and family,
How fortunate for us to have met Stewart, your beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was truly a genuine gentleman and it was always a pleasure to share with him his many views on life in general. Our fondest memory of Stewart is to have watch him and Claire walking hand in hand towards the sunset...We have seen them so many, many times on the Clear Lake trail, and each time it brought so much tenderness in our own hearts. May you rest in peace Stewart.
With fondest memories, Lise and Peter.

Dear Claire and Family, Susan called me from the lake to let me know of Stew's passing. I know that the last few years have been difficult but I know that you'll have such wonderful memories of all the special times you shared together. It was always so nice to see how proud he was of his sons and their families. He had such a wonderful way with his grandchildren and I always enjoyed watching him interact with them at birthday parties I attended.
You're in my thoughts at this very sad time. It's difficult to say "good-bye" to those we love. God Bless and Take Care. Arlene Wiley

Claire and Family - So very sorry to hear of Stew's passing. Many, many fond memories of Stew when he'd be down at 9th Street with Denny and Ron doing their "whittling"! He was always a pleasure to chat with and always a smile on his face! I know you'll miss him dearly.
Thinking of you all at this sad time. Pat & Rick Smith

Dear Claire and family
We have many fond memories of Stewart walking up the street at the lake always with a smile on his face and a friendly greeting. I'm sorry that we will not be able to attend the service as I am in Montreal looking after the boys while Murray is in Manitoba hunting with his Dad. We will be thinking of you as our thoughts are with you. Take care and find faith in all the good memories you have. Sid and Gail Humphries.
