I remember meeting her in 2004, she was my department head, and right from the beginning she made me feel important. She was always fair, had an amazing sense of humour, and I'm eternally grateful for the chance to get to know her. Even as time went on, and she ran into me out and about, she always had a kind word. You'll be dearly missed!!
