Darryl was the sweetest kindest man. Our kids were ill for a lot of their childhood and Darryl was our pharmacist. I remember one day when Darryl discovered our 5 year old son had to have an injection in his thigh, he was so concerned for him, he personally delivered an Emla patch up to the clinic and then would not take payment for it! I will never forget this kind gesture. Even while he was in the hospital he remembered the kids and asked how they were doing. Truly amazing considering the amount of clients he had. He truly will be missed.

Dear Merle, Carla, Brent, Johanna and family,
Leita & I were deeply saddened to hear of Darryl's sudden passing. Brian got to know Darryl well at hockey games. Whether it was talking about hockey players or about local or national politics, Darryl had an opinion and it was always an interesting one. Darryl was a great community supporter and a very friendly guy whenever you met him. Although Darryl had medical problems the last while, we were taken aback by the news of his demise. Darryl will be missed by all who knew him. Great memories will carry you through this difficult time. Our condolences to the family.
