Sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother. She will dearly be missed at GG as she resided here for many years. She was well known by so many tenants here. Our fondest memory will be her kindness. Audrey even left out food for the many rabbits that reside in the bushes.

Sharon, I am at a loss for words, your tribute to Mom is so full of love, Mom was just as you described her. We know how much she loved us and how important family was to her. She was the "glue" in our family. Our Sunday "Breakfast Club" was the best day of the week for us. I could go on forever how much she meant to us but thankfully you described her so well. Sharon, Mom thought the world of you too, every Christmas Mom and I would shop for a gift for you because you ere so special to her. My family thanks you for all your beautiful words Sharon.

I am so very sorry to hear of Audrey's passing. I have been her neighbour for 15 years, and knew her as a strong, independent lady. She did not like to accept help and was very proud of her family.

My deepest sympathy to Linda, (her sons, their wives and children ) Don,&Carol,(their daughter and family ,) Tammie,& Grant ,Danniel, her husband ,little Max, Terry& Mary, and family ,also ,all other family members. I was so very sad to hear that Audrey had passed away. I will miss her so very much! I loved our visits ,and looked so forward to seeing her ,when she came to get her hair done. I met Audrey when RiverHeights Terrace Home opened up, and I had my hair salon there ,on the third floor. She lived right across the road and would just walk over. Then ,when I went back to work out of my home (after my 2 total knee surgeries) ,she came to my home. The greatest joy of my career ,is that you truly become very ,very ,close with your customers ,they truly become very dear ,close friends, and you get to know the extended family so well through hearing of them by the love expressed in sharing of stories . I always loved hearing of the family, Audrey ,was so very ,very, proud of each and everyone, and loved you all so very much! Loved the family getting together every Sunday for brunch/ lunch at her place, and all special occasions. Always loved to hear what she was going to make for you. She loved Sunday's ,everyone getting together, talking and all the laughter, that was shared . She would always say ,you ,would tell her ,coffee was good enough ,but ,we know ,that would never happen!!! She loved to bake ,and plan something different for each week. I feel I know each one of you ,personally, through all the loving stories Audrey shared ,over all the years. I know you all know ,but ,I just want to share ,with you ,as a comfort ,at this time of sorrow, ,how much she loved you all . Audrey ,was so very proud of each and everyone, and ,so happy ,that her family was so close ,that each and everyone loved each other so much, that you all got along, and cared for each other. That was her greatest joy! She always told me ,that was the most important to her husband ,she always said ,he was such a family man! Audrey, loved life ,loved the figure skating, so much. Audrey definitely had her share of sorrows, and hardships ,but she was such a little trooper , nothing held her down. Such a blessing ,and honour ,to have Audrey ,for my customer ,my friend ,for all these years! I loved her dearly, loved our friendship ,I always looked forward to our visits. I will miss her so very much ! I cannot imagine her not coming for her hair, it is going to take awhile to accept. My life ,has truly been so very blessed ,by knowing her,Audrey was so very special ,such a pleasure to know! My heart breaks with sorrow ,for each and everyone, as I know how much you will miss her. Treasure all your very precious memories, and all the very special years ,that Audrey was healthy and able to actively enjoy daily life with you. The Lord did bless her with a long ,healthy life ,in which she loved being able to have her family so close to her. I am remembering you all in prayer at this very difficult, sad time. I know you will support ,be there for each other ,Your love ,for one another ,your precious memories of your , Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother ,and Great,Great Grandmother (for little Max ,) will give you strength, through this difficult time of sorrow. Please take care.It was truly an honour ,a joy, to the fullest ,to know Audrey. I was so very blessed by our special friendship, and I am so thankful ,that I had the privilege to do her hair, all these years. With deepest ,heartfelt sympathy, to each and everyone. I will always remember Audrey with the fondest of memories ! With joyful memories of all our talks, laughter, stories of her sharing of her beautiful ,special family ,that she loved and adored!
