Deepest sympathy and Condolences. Stacy “billeted” at our house when I was a young girl. He was playing for Brandon Wheat Kings and my late Dad (Alfred Everett) would take to watch him play.

My sincerest condolences to Laura and Stacy’s family on your loss. I know very well that Stacy will be sadly missed by those who knew what a great person he was.
Like the people of the Sioux Valley Dakota Nation I was very proud and privileged to have Stacy in my life in many years past.
Stacy and I became acquainted when he was a highly valued player with the Brandon Wheat Kings. We became even closer when I was honoured by him and his Uncle Brian when they asked me to coach the Sioux Valley Dakotas Hockey Team in the early 1980’s. It is an honour I still carry so thank you Stacy. Stacy’s hockey skills were those that every young player in Sioux Valley Dakota Nation should aspire to, as challenging as that will be.
Wherever your spirit takes you Stacy you will be received in the wonderful manner you are so deserving.
RIP Stacy. The world was a better place with you in it.
Sincerely,
- Gary Potter

First of all, my condolences to all of Stacy’s family and friends. He was always such a happy man, always smiling and laughing. My best memory of him is when I came home to late uncle big Rick's memorial. When Stacy seen me he came over and gave me a big smile and a huge hug. I so needed that at that time. He will be missed by many. Sending you all my prayers in the days to come. God Bless
