I wanted to send my sincere condolences to the Mabel and the Mitchell family. I had the pleasure of meeting Ross many times and will always remember his firm handshake and eye to eye communication.
When visiting Cassidy and I at our downtown Toronto condo, Ross mentioned to me "I remember when the Royal York Hotel was the tallest building in Toronto". Amazing, as today it is one of the smallest.
Our 4 year old son; Charlie Ross is in his name. Cheers to you Ross, rest easy.

Sincere condolences to Mabel and family: So sorry to hear of your loss. Ross was an upstanding member of the community and will be sadly missed. I treasure the memories of ``the group`` functions orchestrated mainly by Gerry MacKay (rest in peace our friend) and especially the Tarnished Leaf events. On behalf of UCW Mabel, our thoughts and prayers go out to you.

So many great memories of time spent at Clear Lake. Uncle Ross and Mabel were the hosts of huge family gatherings there. So much fun and so many laughs. Happy to say we possess 4 of the infamous walking sticks mentioned. Will be a forever keepsake. Sending our condolences to the entire family. May you take comfort in the many great memories you hold close you your heart.

I remember as a kid visiting the Brandon farm with my sisters , mom and dad and Ross rolled down the window of the car we were riding in where the cows were grazing and said smell that and everyone in the car except me said phew. I remember loving that smell and Uncle Ross had a good laugh at that. I have lots of great memories of Uncle Ross and all of his family. When ever we got together it was like we had never been apart. I guess that is what family is all about. Love you Aunt Mable , Judy, Barb and Susan and their families. Our condolences Tracy Brock and family
