Dearest John, David, Kelsey, Kenna, Aunt Mabel, Judith, Joy, Jill, Tracy, Grant, and families,
My heartfelt condolences go out to you all following the sudden loss of your beloved wife, mom, grandma, sister, daughter, and aunt. What a nice tribute you guys put together; keep holding onto the treasured moments Laurel brought each of you.
Laurel was an amazing cousin to all the Wilfred & Sue McLaughlin family, with a gentle spirit and a special way of holding space for others. To me, she was an inspiration with her cycling adventures and stories.
I wish I had gotten to know Laurel better in the later years, although I am forever grateful to have briefly connected with her at the McLaughlin family reunion at Lake Manitoba this past summer.
Sending you all peace, warmth, love, and light this week and through the upcoming holiday season.
