I was blessed and fortunate to meet Andy when we worked together with the Louis Bull Police Service. We had fun and worked hard protecting the fine people of Bull Reserve. Andy was like a Brother to me. I knew every call we attended too, he had my back as I had his. We have lost a great man and true friend God Bless til we meet again, your friend Dave
